New Rock Australia Returns Policy

Your right to return the products

If you want to make a change in size you may return the product at no cost. This service is only for changes in size, not for credits. New Rock will contact the appropriate transport agency for collection. This service applies only to orders within the European Union.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us you may return it and get a refund or exchange the product. If the change involves a change of style you should pay the price difference that exists between them. In both cases the transport charges will not be credited, nor those of the initial shipment or return. No returns will be accepted without the previous written authorization of New Rock. For a return you must contact us within 7 days after delivery of the products to you.

The product must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.
New Rock shoes not allow returns of custom manufacturing or similar products.

Product warranty

The process for a claim for defective material and to avoid unnecessary costs is:

  • Send a photo of the defective product to 

newrockaustralia@gmail.com

  • Indicate the product defect
  • Indicate the order number and date

How do I Start a return?

If your package did not include a prepaid return label, start your online return by clicking the services on the homepage. Once you’ve clicked that proceed to click to S.SIZE-CHANGE page and select your correct size and continue to check.

After you set up your return, you'll receive a pre-addressed return label that you can use to ship your product back to us.

Please call us for details on which New Rock store you can return them too.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS.

  •        Items noted as non-returnable cannot be returned.
  •        Gift cards: No returns or cancellations after purchase.
  •        New Rock Custom Made Products cannot be returned.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Once we process your return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within two (1-2) business days.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS

If you wish to exchange your Newrockaustralia.com order for a different size, color or style, please call us. You can also take your Newrockaustralia.com order to a New rock store for a refund or in-store exchange. (Please call us before hand to let you know which store will allow you to exchange / refund the product)

DEFECTIVE/FLAWED PRODUCTS

New Rock stands behind all its products. If you purchased an item on Newrockaustralia.com and you believe it's flawed or defective, you can return it to us if it has been unworn, undamaged and unwashed
