Return Policy

Please note, that European designer shoes typically run smaller then US designers. You should know your size in the particular designer's shoes before making a purchase.

Exchange of Size:

If you want to make a change in size for any ready-stock or clearance products you may return the product by doing the following. (NOTE: Custom made products cannot be returned for wrong size)

1. Go to www.newrockaustralia.com and navigate to the right side of the top menu and click "Services"

2. Once the "Services" page has loaded, you will need to click "S.SIZE-CHANGE" item.

3. Select the correct size you need, and it will give you a shipping charge for us to send you a shipping label to have it sent back to our manufacturer and have the new size sent to you.

4. Checkout and receive your confirmation.

Defective Products:

New Rock stands behind all its products. If you purchased an item on Newrockaustralia.com and you believe it's flawed or defective, you can return it to us if it has been unworn, undamaged and unwashed.

The process for a claim for defective material and to avoid unnecessary costs is:

  • Send a photo of the defective product to newrockaustralia@gmail.com
  • Indicate the product defect
  • Indicate the order number and date

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS.

  • Items noted as non-returnable cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards: No returns or cancellations after purchase.
  • New Rock Custom Made Products cannot be returned.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Once we process your return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within two (1-2) business days.
